GlowGrid Lighting Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

GlowGrid Lighting ships to addresses within the United States, Canada, and select international locations. Please check our website or contact customer service to confirm availability in your region.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days for domestic orders; 10-14 business days for international orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days for domestic orders; 5-7 business days for international orders.

  • Overnight Shipping: Available for domestic orders only, delivered next business day if ordered by 2:00 PM EST.

Estimated delivery times exclude processing, weekends, and holidays. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping applies to domestic orders over $100. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing oversized items.

  • Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or international regulations. These will be noted at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours by contacting support@glowgridlighting.com with photos and order details. For lost shipments, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. GlowGrid Lighting is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address after placing an order.
